Mel Jardines

I build the systems behind great marketing, and I love helping teams use AI to get their time back.

I started in hospitality, found marketing through a hospitality social media agency, and spent the next decade in lifecycle, integrated and brand campaigns. Lately I build AI workflows. The ones I can share are on the shelf below, free to download.

Hiring? Run any workflow's live demo below, or ask the AI about my experience.

Marketing ops

One campaign record, many uses

Context
Campaign details lived in decks, trackers and inboxes, so every brief, tracking link and report started by retyping the same facts.
Approach
I turned each campaign into one structured record, refreshed weekly from the system of record, and pointed the automations at it.
Outcome
Briefs, tracking codes, status views and live readouts now start from the same trusted data.
  1. Campaign intake
  2. One campaign record
  3. Owners keep it current
  4. Briefs, links, readouts
AI agent

KOBE, the kickoff brief agent

Context
Every campaign brief, journey and set of success metrics started from a blank page, and took days.
Approach
A new intake triggers an AI draft in the brand template. The campaign manager reviews it and owns the final brief.
Outcome
Brief creation goes from days to hours, with a person still in charge.
  1. Intake form
  2. AI drafts the brief
  3. Manager reviews
  4. Brief ready
AI agent

The UTM agent

Context
Tracking links were built by hand in spreadsheets, where one stray capital letter could break a campaign's reporting.
Approach
I built a Copilot Studio agent grounded in the naming rules and approved pages. It builds, checks and logs links, and never invents campaign values.
Outcome
Plain-language requests become compliant, logged links, and the agent passed enterprise AI governance review.
  1. Plain-language request
  2. AI builds + checks
  3. Owner approves new values
  4. Logged link
Lifecycle and email

Building nurture from zero

Context
There was no always-on way to stay in touch with hundreds of thousands of contacts, and much of the database had gone quiet.
Approach
I built streams by product and segment with dynamic templates and clear rules, then cleaned the list and re-engaged the quiet contacts.
Outcome
Click rates beat goal, the winback brought hundreds of qualified leads in about a week, and the team got well ahead of its annual lead goal.
  1. Cleaned contact list
  2. Segmented, dynamic streams
  3. Test, then retest
  4. Qualified leads

The workflow library

Twelve workflows I built and tested with real marketing teams, rewritten so they work anywhere. Run a demo, or take one for your own team.

What's a workflow? A repeatable way to get one job done with AI: what you bring, the steps, the prompt, the guardrails, and the point where a person signs off.

Use one: Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. Save it as your own assistant. Download it (.json) to build an automation.

One quick question

I am collecting a little data on what slows marketing teams down. Answer once, see how everyone else answered, and I will point you to a workflow that helps. Answers are anonymous and only shown together.

Say hello

If one of these would help your team and you want to talk it through, I would love to hear from you.

Where should I send it?

Leave your email to download. I will only use it to share updates to the library if you say yes below.
